He is apparently going to overthrow Hollywood by selling his screenplay on eBay instead of pitching it to agents and producers and all those elitists. As much as I think it’s sort of funny, you have to give him credit for trying. Imagine the PR value of the first movie that actually gets made from an eBay script - it’ll be more hyped than the “they made for $80,000″ wonder, Blair Witch. Wasn’t the guy who made Blair Witch someone’s son or nephew? That’d be real impressive - Steven Spielberg’s son makes a movie for $80,000 and it gets distribution - wow, I’m shocked. What about when Tory Spelling got a part on Melose Place or 90210, but she got it because of her talent, not because her dad was the producer. And Supermodels who were unpopular in highschool…
